AB1057-AA1,1,2 1. Page 5, line 4: after that line insert:

AB1057-AA1,1,3 " Section 7m. 119.23 (4) (b) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

AB1057-AA1,1,5 119.23 (4) (b) 3. The average amount that the private school charges a pupil to attend the school if the pupil is not attending under this section.".

AB1057-AA1,1,6 2. Page 7, line 11: after that line insert:

AB1057-AA1,1,8 "(2m) The treatment of section 119.23 (4) (b) 3. of the statutes first applies to amounts paid in the 2006-07 school year.".
