AB1057-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1057-AA2,1,4 1. Page 5, line 12: after "Project." insert "Beginning in 2012 and annually thereafter, the private school shall provide the scores of all standardized tests it administers to the legislative audit bureau.".

AB1057-AA2,1,5 2. Page 5, line 15: after "Project" insert "or the private schools".

AB1057-AA2,1,6 3. Page 5, line 15: delete "until 2011".
