AB1057-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1057-AA4,1,2 1. Page 5, line 8: after "to" insert "all the".

AB1057-AA4,1,4 2. Page 5, line 12: after "administers" insert "to the legislative audit bureau and".

AB1057-AA4,1,6 3. Page 5, line 14: delete "School Choice Demonstration Project" and substitute "private schools".

AB1057-AA4,1,7 4. Page 5, line 16: after "(2)" insert ", to the extent feasible,".

AB1057-AA4,1,8 5. Page 5, line 20: after that line insert:

AB1057-AA4,2,2 "3. Within 10 working days after the administration of any standardized test to pupils attending a private school under this section, the private school shall provide the scores on all the tests, categorized by grade, to anyone who requests them.".
