AB1090-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1090-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 3: after that line insert:

AB1090-AA1,1,4 " Section 1m. 961.22 (2m) of the statutes, as created by 2005 Wisconsin Act 14, is repealed and recreated to read:

AB1090-AA1,1,6 961.22 (2m) Pseudoephedrine. Pseudoephedrine or any of its salts, isomers, or salts of isomers.".

AB1090-AA1,1,8 2. Page 3, line 7: delete " product" and substitute "contained in a pseudoephedrine product".

AB1090-AA1,1,10 3. Page 4, line 6: delete " product" and substitute "contained in a pseudoephedrine product".

AB1090-AA1,1,12 4. Page 4, line 14: delete " product" and substitute "contained in a pseudoephedrine product".
