AB129-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 16: before the period insert "except that amounts that remain delinquent on September 1 shall be paid with interest and penalties charged from the preceding February 1".

AB129-AA1,1,7 2. Page 3, line 12: before the period insert "except that amounts that remain delinquent on September 1 shall be paid with interest and penalties charged from the preceding February 1".

AB129-AA1,1,10 3. Page 4, line 2: before the period insert "except that amounts that remain delinquent on September 1 shall be paid with interest and penalties charged from the preceding February 1".

AB129-AA1,2,3 4. Page 4, line 10: after "s. 74.47" insert "except that amounts that remain delinquent on September 1 shall be paid with interest and penalties charged from the preceding February 1".
