AB15-ASA1-AA1,1,5 "(c) The standards established under par. (a) do not apply if the secretary of commerce submits a report to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature under s. 13.172 (2) that includes all of the following:

AB15-ASA1-AA1,1,7 1. A determination by the secretary of commerce that the price of corn makes the production of ethanol economically infeasible.

AB15-ASA1-AA1,1,8 2. A description of the method used to make the determination under subd. 1.".
