AB15-SSA1,1,2 An Act to create 168.04 (2m) of the statutes; relating to: ethanol content in specifications for automotive gasoline.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB15-SSA1, s. 1 Section 1. 168.04 (2m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB15-SSA1,1,6 168.04 (2m) The rule promulgated by the department under sub. (1) to set standards for automotive gasoline may not require that automotive gasoline contain ethanol.
