AB184-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB184-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 9: delete "The" and substitute "Except as provided in par. (a), the".

AB184-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:

AB184-SA1,1,7 "(c) The department may authorize the payment of state or federal funds or the use of state resources to provide or to facilitate the provision of hormonal therapy for any of the following:

AB184-SA1,1,11 1. A resident or patient specified in sub. (1) who, on the day before the effective date of this subdivision .... [revisor inserts date], was receiving hormonal therapy under the supervision of a physician as part of an established sexual reassignment therapy regimen.

AB184-SA1,2,3 2. A resident or patient specified in sub. (1) who, before becoming a resident or patient, who receiving hormonal therapy under the supervision of a physician as part of an established sexual reassignment therapy regimen.".
