ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 16, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 207

AB207-AA16,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB207-AA16,1,3 1. Page 16, line 1: delete "A person" and substitute "Subject to sub. (4), a person".

AB207-AA16,1,4 2. Page 17, line 14: after that line insert:

AB207-AA16,1,8 "(4) If a person licensed as a pharmacist under this chapter refuses on moral or religious grounds to participate in dispensing an oral contraceptive drug and a court finds that the person's refusal proximately caused the birth of a child, the court shall require the person to contribute to the support of the child.".
