AB207-AA4,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB207-AA4,1,5 21. Page 5, line 13: after "hydration" insert ", unless the individual is in a
3persistent vegetative state, the withholding or withdrawal is ordered by a court, and
4the employee or prospective employee refuses to transfer the individual to another
5qualified person who will comply with the court order".
AB207-AA4,1,9 62. Page 8, line 6: after "hydration" insert ", unless the individual is in a
7persistent vegetative state, the withholding or withdrawal is ordered by a court, and
8the health care facility refuses to transfer the individual to another qualified facility
9who will comply with the court order".
AB207-AA4,1,13 103. Page 11, line 20: after "hydration" insert ", unless the individual is in a
11persistent vegetative state, the withholding or withdrawal is ordered by a court, and
12the person licensed as a registered nurse or as a practical nurse refuses to transfer
13the individual to another qualified person who will comply with the court order".
