AB207-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB207-SA1,1,6 21. Page 5, line 15: after "hydration" insert ", unless the individual is in a
3persistent vegetative state, the withholding or withdrawal is ordered by a court or
4authorized by the individual's legal guardian, and the employee or prospective
5employee refuses to transfer the individual to another qualified person who will
6comply with the court order".

8persistent vegetative state, the withholding or withdrawal is ordered by a court or
9authorized by the individual's legal guardian, and the health care facility refuses to
10transfer the individual to another qualified facility who will comply with the court
11order".

2nurse or as a practical nurse refuses to transfer the individual to another qualified
3person who will comply with the court order".
