AB265-AA2,1,3 " Section 10m. 77.31 of the statutes is created to read:

AB265-AA2,1,6 77.31 Developmental rights. No county, town, village, or city shall grant any approval for the use of development rights unless the conveyance of the development rights is recorded and the fee paid, as provided under this subchapter.".
