AB3-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB3-AA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "in" insert ", and state payment for pupils participating in,".

AB3-AA3,1,4 2. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB3-AA3,1,5 " Section 2m. 119.23 (4) (b) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

AB3-AA3,1,7 119.23 (4) (b) 3. The average amount that the private school charges a pupil to attend the school if the pupil is not attending under this section.

AB3-AA3, s. 3m Section 3m. Initial applicability.

AB3-AA3,1,10 (1) The treatment of section 119.23 (4) (b) 3. of the statutes first applies to amounts paid in the 2005-06 school year.".
