AB3-AA4,1,2 1. Page 1, line 1: after "pupils" insert ", and the schools,".

AB3-AA4,1,8 2. Page 2, line 5: after " year." insert "Beginning in the 2005-06 school year, if the number of pupils attending private schools under this section exceeds 15 percent of the school district's membership, a number of pupils at least equal to the excess may attend under this section only those private schools in which the average pupil score on a nationwide or statewide assessment in the previous school year was in the top 25 percent of all scores.".
