AB327-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB327-AA3,1,2 1. Page 100, line 5: delete lines 5 and 6 and substitute:

AB327-AA3,1,5 "193.501 Members. (1) Requirement. A cooperative shall have at least 5 adult patron members, and at least one patron member shall be a resident of this state. A cooperative may have nonpatron members if the patron members".
