AB341-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB341-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 11: delete lines 11 to 14 and substitute "employee's health savings account that are equal to the lesser of the following:

AB341-AA1,1,6 1. The difference between the state's share of the annual premium cost of the high-deductible health plan and the state's share of the annual premium cost of the lowest tier plan that is available in the county in which the employee resides.

AB341-AA1,1,7 2. The maximum contribution allowed under 26 USC 223 (d) (1) (A).".
