AB347-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB347-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 11: delete lines 11 to 20 and substitute:

AB347-AA2,1,6 "79.10 (10m) Disabled veterans tax credit. (a) In this subsection, "disabled veteran" means a veteran who receives 100 percent disability compensation from the U.S. department of veterans affairs under 38 USC 1114 because of a permanent and total service-connected disability.".

AB347-AA2,1,7 2. Page 3, line 22: delete "unmarried" and substitute "unremarried".
