AB388-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB388-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 16: after that line insert:

AB388-AA2,1,4 "8. One member representing the nonprofit environmental or conservation profession.".

AB388-AA2,1,5 2. Page 3, line 11: delete lines 11 to 13 and substitute:

AB388-AA2,1,11 "(b) "Revitalization" means any work or undertaking by a municipality to construct, reconstruct, renovate, redevelop, or rehabilitate buildings, structures, or other improvements at a site or facility to increase economic activity and tourism, or to create or improve public access to a lake or stream, in order to foster investment in the maintenance or restoration of the lake or stream as a natural resource and recreational amenity.".
