AB400-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB400-AA2,1,2 1. Page 6, line 9: after that line insert:

AB400-AA2,1,3 " Section 14b. 767.327 (6m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB400-AA2,1,11 767.327 (6m) Stipulations. If the parents agree to a resolution of a matter under this section and file a stipulation with the court, the court may not approve a stipulation that allows a parent to move with or remove a child under circumstances that require notice under sub. (1) (a) unless the stipulation requires the parent who is moving with or removing the child to compensate the other parent for some or all of any additional transportation costs that the other parent will, as a result of the move or removal, incur in exercising periods of physical placement with the child.".

AB400-AA2,1,12 2. Page 6, line 15: delete "and (5m)" and substitute "(5m), and (6m)".
