AB414-ASA2-AA1,1,3 " Section 5m. 101.123 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB414-ASA2-AA1,1,6 101.123 (2) (d) A city, village, or town may enact an ordinance that allows restaurants or taverns or both that are located in the city, village, or town to be exempt from the applicable prohibitions under par. (a) 7. and 11. and sub. (4) (a) 2m.".
