AB438-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB438-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 7: after "balance;" insert "transfer of moneys from the general fund to the budget stabilization fund;".

AB438-AA1,1,4 2. Page 4, line 10: after that line insert:

AB438-AA1,1,5 " Section 9101. Nonstatutory provisions; administration.

AB438-AA1,1,9 (1) Transfer to the budget stabilization fund. Notwithstanding section 16.518 of the statutes, the secretary of administration shall not transfer any moneys to the budget stabilization fund that result from any calculation under that section relating to the 2004-05 fiscal year.".
