AB464-ASA1,1,2 An Act to amend 75.106 (1) (a) of the statutes; relating to: the assignment of property contaminated by hazardous substances.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB464-ASA1, s. 1 Section 1. 75.106 (1) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB464-ASA1,1,7 75.106 (1) (a) "Brownfield" has the meaning given in s. 560.13 (1) (a), except that, for purposes of this section, "brownfield" also means abandoned, idle, or underused residential facilities or sites, the expansion or redevelopment of which is adversely affected by actual or perceived environmental contamination.
