AB500-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB500-AA2,1,3 1. Page 4, line 6: delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute "procedures, requirements,".

AB500-AA2,1,4 2. Page 11, line 13: substitute "30.04" for "30.035".

AB500-AA2,1,6 3. Page 11, line 19: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 13, line 3.

AB500-AA2,1,7 4. Page 15, line 3: delete lines 3 to 17.

AB500-AA2,2,3 30.10 (2) Streams. Except as provided under sub. (4) (c) and (d) in ss. 30.215 and 30.263 (1), all streams, sloughs, bayous and marsh outlets, which are navigable in fact for any purpose whatsoever, are declared navigable to the extent that no dam, bridge or other obstruction shall be made in or over the same without the permission of the state.".
