AB539-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB539-AA2,1,2 1. Page 19, line 14: after "(ab)" insert "to whom any of the following applies".

AB539-AA2,1,3 2. Page 19, line 14: after "as" insert "provided in par. (ad):".

AB539-AA2,1,4 3. Page 19, line 15: delete that line and substitute:

AB539-AA2,1,5 "1. If the person believes that filing a report would not be in the best".

AB539-AA2,1,6 4. Page 19, line 18: after that line insert:

AB539-AA2,1,10 "2. If a health care provider provides treatment by spiritual means through prayer for healing in lieu of medical care in accordance with his or her religious tradition and his or her communications with patients are required by his or her religious denomination to be held confidential.".
