SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 591

AB591-SSA2-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB591-SSA2-SA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 23: delete the material beginning with "If the" and ending with "sex offense" on line 25.

AB591-SSA2-SA2,1,4 2. Page 3, line 2: delete "that existed before January 1, 2006".

AB591-SSA2-SA2,1,5 3. Page 4, line 19: after "terminated under" insert "sub. (2m),".

AB591-SSA2-SA2,1,6 4. Page 4, line 22: after that line insert:

AB591-SSA2-SA2,1,8 "(dm) "Passive positioning system tracking" means tracking using a system that monitors, identifies, and records a person's location.".
