AB595-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB595-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 17: delete lines 17 and 18 and substitute "in any district that does not have such a program if the program has been approved by the district board.".

AB595-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 18: after that line insert:

AB595-AA1,1,6 " Section 4. Effective date.

AB595-AA1,1,7 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 24th month after publication.".
