AB602-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB602-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB602-AA2,1,7 "1. Before entering the land, the assessor notifies the landowner that the assessor or the assessor's staff intends to enter the land in order to make an assessment on behalf of the state or a political subdivision on or about a certain date, unless the landowner contacts the assessor to reschedule the approximate date of the assessment.

AB602-AA2,1,9 2. The landowner does not reschedule the approximate date of the assessment.".

AB602-AA2,1,10 2. Page 2, line 3: delete "1." and substitute "3.".

AB602-AA2,1,11 3. Page 2, line 5: delete "2." and substitute "4.".

AB602-AA2,1,12 4. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:

AB602-AA2,2,5 "(a) Before entering the construction site, the assessor notifies the landowner that the assessor or the assessor's staff intends to enter the construction site in order to make an assessment on behalf of the state or a political subdivision on or about a certain date, unless the landowner contacts the assessor to reschedule the approximate date of the assessment.

AB602-AA2,2,7 (b) The landowner does not reschedule the approximate date of the assessment.".
