AB608-ASA1,1,3 1An Act to renumber 341.297; to amend 341.25 (title) and 341.25 (1) (i); and to
2create 341.297 (2) of the statutes; relating to: allowing biennial registration
3for certain motor vehicles.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB608-ASA1, s. 1 4Section 1. 341.25 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB608-ASA1,1,6 5341.25 (title) Annual registration fees; biennial motorcycle,
6recreational vehicle, and camping trailer fees.

AB608-ASA1, s. 2 7Section 2. 341.25 (1) (i) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB608-ASA1,1,98 341.25 (1) (i) For each recreational vehicle, and for each camping trailer, a an
9annual fee of $15, or a biennial fee of $30.

AB608-ASA1, s. 3 10Section 3. 341.297 of the statutes is renumbered 341.297 (1).

AB608-ASA1, s. 4 11Section 4. 341.297 (2) of the statutes is created to read:

AB608-ASA1,2,2

1341.297 (2) A recreational vehicle or a camping trailer, as specified in s. 341.25
2(1) (i), may be registered on a biennial basis.

AB608-ASA1, s. 5 3Section 5. Initial applicability.

AB608-ASA1,2,44 (1) This act first applies to vehicles that are registered on May 1, 2007.
