AB616-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB616-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 15: after "(2m)" insert "(a)".

AB616-AA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 17: delete "A member" and substitute "Except as provided in par. (b), a member".

AB616-AA2,1,5 3. Page 2, line 20: after that line insert:

AB616-AA2,1,9 "(b) A member of the clergy may not give or deliver wine to an inmate and an inmate may not consume that wine if the department determines that the inmate's consumption of wine is inconsistent with the person's medical or mental health condition or treatment.".
