AB675-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB675-ASA1-AA2,1,6 1. Page 2, line 20: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 2, and substitute "governmental unit enacts a land use regulation that reduces the value of private real property below its value under the land use regulations previously in effect, the property owner shall be compensated for that reduction.".

AB675-ASA1-AA2,1,8 2. Page 5, line 3: delete that line and substitute "any land use regulation that reduces the value of the property".

AB675-ASA1-AA2,1,9 3. Page 5, line 4: delete "be developed".
