AB730-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB730-AA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 20: after that line insert:

AB730-AA3,1,3 " Section 5g. 118.40 (2r) (c) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB730-AA3,1,6 118.40 (2r) (c) 1. Except as provided in subd. subds. 3. and 4., only pupils who reside in the school district in which a charter school established under this subsection is located may attend the charter school.

AB730-AA3, s. 5r Section 5r. 118.40 (2r) (c) 4. of the statutes is created to read:

AB730-AA3,1,10 118.40 (2r) (c) 4. If a university establishes or contracts for the establishment of a charter school under par. (br), any pupil who resides in this state may attend the charter school.".
