AB788-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete "Each" and substitute "Except as otherwise expressly provided, each".

AB788-AA1,1,6 2. Page 4, line 10: after "authority." insert "Section 16.753 does not apply to the employment of legal or investment counsel for the purpose of assisting the board in making investment decisions.".

AB788-AA1,1,9 3. Page 4, line 20: after "purpose." insert "Section 16.753 does not apply to agreements and contracts entered into by the board for the purpose of assisting the board in making investment decisions.".

AB788-AA1,1,12 4. Page 5, line 2: after "property." insert "Section 16.753 does not apply to the employment of any person for the purpose of assisting the board in making investment decisions.".
