AB818-AA2,1,2 1. Page 10, line 19: after that line insert:

AB818-AA2,1,4 " Section 17m. 79.04 (6) (d) of the statutes is renumbered 79.04 (6) (d) 1. and amended to read:

AB818-AA2,1,9 79.04 (6) (d) 1. The total amount distributable to a municipality under this subsection and sub. (1) in any fiscal year shall not exceed an amount equal to the municipality's population multiplied by $300, and the in 2005 and 2006, $325 in 2007, $350 in 2008, $375 in 2009, $400 in 2010, and $425 in 2011 and each year thereafter.

AB818-AA2,1,12 2. The total amount distributable to a county under this subsection and sub. (2) in any year shall not exceed an amount equal to the county's population multiplied by $100.".
