AB840-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB840-SA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete lines 3 and 4 and substitute "the hours of darkness.".

AB840-SA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 13.

AB840-SA2,1,5 3. Page 2, line 16: after that line, delete the material inserted by assembly amendment 2.

AB840-SA2,1,7 4. Page 2, line 17: delete lines 17 to 20, as affected by assembly amendment 1, and substitute:

AB840-SA2,1,8 " Section 5m. Effective date.

AB840-SA2,1,10 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month beginning after publication.".
