AB855-AA1,1,7 "(6) Before a court may find an action, special proceeding, counterclaim, defense, cross compliant, or appeal frivolous under this section, it shall, to the extent relevant to making a finding under sub. (5), inquire into the mind of the party, or the party's attorney, as appropriate, who commenced, used, or continued the action, special proceeding, counterclaim, defense, cross complaint, or appeal.".
