AB907-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB907-AA1,1,5 1. Page 18, line 7: delete lines 7 to 19 and substitute "surgery centers. No health care provider that is not a facility may be assessed under this subsection an amount that exceeds $75 per fiscal year. All payments of assessments shall be credited to the appropriation under".

AB907-AA1,1,9 2. Page 19, line 13: delete lines 13 to 24 and substitute "health care providers other than hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. No health care provider that is not a facility may be assessed under this subsection an amount that exceeds $75 per fiscal year. All payments of assessments shall be credited to the appropriation".
