(2r) (intro.) Notwithstanding s. 16.75 (1), (2), and (3m),
from the
8appropriation account under s. 20.515 (1) (ut) the department of employee trust
9funds may expend up to $150,000, and from the appropriation accounts under s.
1020.435 (1) (hg) and (hi) the department of health and family services, in its capacity
11as a public health authority, may expend moneys, to contract jointly with a data
12organization to perform services under this chapter that are specified for the data
13organization under sub. (1) (c) or, if s. 153.455 (4) applies, for the department of
14health and family services to perform or contract for the performance of these
15services. As condition of the contract under this subsection, all of the following
16apply:".

19(1) Contract with data organization. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3)
20of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of employee trust funds under
21section 20.515 (1) (ut) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2005, the dollar
22amount is increased by $150,000 for fiscal year 2006-07 to provide one-time funding
23for the costs of contracting for data collection, analysis, and reporting of health care
24claims information by a data organization.".
