AB933-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB933-ASA1-AA1,1,6 1. Page 3, line 13: after "equivalency program" insert ". The department shall forward a copy of the written permission to the person's school or high school equivalency program or otherwise notify the school or high school equivalency program that the person's parent or guardian has given permission for the program to release records of the person's attendance to the department".

AB933-ASA1-AA1,1,11 2. Page 3, line 23: after " department" insert ". The department shall forward a copy of the written permission to the person's school or high school equivalency program or otherwise notify the school or high school equivalency program that the person has given permission for the program to release records of the person's attendance to the department".
