AB967-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB967-AA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 15: delete lines 15 to 17 and substitute:

AB967-AA1,1,4 "(c) Upon receiving an application for a permit under this section, the department shall provide written notice of the application to all of the following:".

AB967-AA1,1,6 2. Page 6, line 19: delete the material beginning with "the work" and ending with "and" on line 20.

AB967-AA1,1,8 3. Page 6, line 23: delete "3 feet from the ground" and substitute "the widest part of the tree trunk".

AB967-AA1,1,10 4. Page 7, line 3: on lines 3, 9, and 13, delete "3 feet from the ground" and substitute "the widest part of the tree trunk".
