AJR77-ASA5-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 10: after "revenue." insert "Surplus revenue shall be used to bring the state into compliance with generally accepted accounting principles no later than 2012, after which remaining surplus revenue shall be placed into the emergency reserve fund.".
