AJR77-ASA5-AA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AJR77-ASA5-AA7,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: after "for" insert "moneys used for programs aimed at job creation, economic development, and agriculture,".

AJR77-ASA5-AA7,1,4 2. Page 2, line 22: after that line insert:

AJR77-ASA5-AA7,1,8 "(4m) Moneys allocated by the state in any fiscal year for programs aimed at job creation, economic development, and agriculture shall be no less than the moneys allocated for each such program for the fiscal year in which this section is ratified or for the 2005-07 budget cycle, whichever is greater.".
