SB1-ASA5-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB1-ASA5-AA5,1,7 1. Page 9, line 13: delete the material beginning with "request" and ending with "laws." on line 14 and substitute "retain not more than one half-time investigator and not more than one half-time attorney to conduct investigations or to prosecute violations of the law without approval of the board. If the enforcement division requires additional assistance from attorneys or investigators, the division shall request the authorization of the board to obtain the assistance.".
