SB136-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB136-SA1,1,2 1. Page 16, line 21: after that line insert:

SB136-SA1,1,4 "(d) The department may not designate more than 3 areas as airport development zones.".

SB136-SA1,1,11 2. Page 19, line 23: delete that line and substitute "on January 1 of the year in which this subsection takes effect, except that if this subsection takes effect after July 31 the treatment of sections 71.07 (2dm) (a) 1. and 3., (f) 1., (j), and (k) and (2dx) (a) 2., (b) (intro.), (c), and (d), 71.28 (1dm) (a) 1. and 3., (f) 1., (j), and (k) and (1dx) (a) 2., (b) (intro.), (c), and (d), and 71.47 (1dm) (a) 1. and 3., (f) 1., (j), and (k) and (1dx) (a) 2., (b) (intro.), (c), and (d) of the statutes first applies to taxable years beginning on January 1 of the year following the year in which this subsection takes effect.".
