SB167-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB167-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "programs" insert "and establishing a code system for individual income tax checkoffs".

SB167-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

SB167-SA1,1,5 " Section 1m. 73.03 (61) of the statutes is created to read:

SB167-SA1,1,9 73.03 (61) To establish a code system for voluntary payment designations on individual income tax returns. Under the code system, the secretary of revenue shall assign a numeric or alphabetic code for each designation and provide a place on the individual income tax return for the filer to make his or her designation.".
