SB171-SA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

SB171-SA2,1,3 " Section 1m. 67.05 (6a) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

SB171-SA2,1,5 67.05 (6a) (d) A school board may not hold more than one referendum relating to substantially the same bond issue under this subsection in any 12-month period.".

SB171-SA2,1,6 2. Page 2, line 25: after that line insert:

SB171-SA2,1,7 " Section 2m. 121.91 (3) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

SB171-SA2,1,10 121.91 (3) (d) A school board may not hold more than one referendum relating to substantially similar subject matter under this subsection in any 12-month period.".
