SB175-SSA1,1,3 1An Act to amend 20.866 (2) (t) of the statutes; relating to: the 2005-07
2Authorized State Building Program, granting bonding authority, and making
3an appropriation.

This substitute amendment amends the 2005-07 Authorized State Building
Program to add one project at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. The project
involves the purchase and remodeling of two buildings for university housing and is
financed with $5,000,000 in new program revenue supported borrowing.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

5is amended to read:
SB175-SSA1,2,66 20.866 (2) (t) University of Wisconsin; self-amortizing facilities. From the
7capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient for the board of regents of the University

1of Wisconsin System to acquire, construct, develop, enlarge or improve university
2self-amortizing educational facilities and facilities to support such facilities. The
3state may contract public debt in an amount not to exceed $1,274,517,100
4$1,279,517,100 for this purpose. Of this amount, $4,500,000 is allocated only for the
5University of Wisconsin-Madison indoor practice facility for athletic programs and
6only at the time that ownership of the facility is transferred to the state.

9section 9105 (1), the following project is added to the 2005-07 Authorized State
