SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 182

SB182-SSA2-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB182-SSA2-SA1,1,4 1. Page 6, line 20: after "include" insert "entering information on the statewide support lien docket under s. 49.854 regarding a payer who fails to pay any court-ordered amount of support and does not include".

SB182-SSA2-SA1,1,5 2. Page 7, line 14: after that line insert:

SB182-SSA2-SA1,1,9 "(cm) Lien enforcement. Notwithstanding pars. (b) and (c), the department or a county child support agency may act at any time to enforce a lien entered on the statewide support lien docket under s. 49.854 if the payer to whom the lien relates attempts to transfer property that is subject to the lien.".

SB182-SSA2-SA1,1,10 3. Page 7, line 15: delete "(b) and (c)" and substitute "(b) to (cm)".
