SB248-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB248-SA2,1,2 21. Page 3, line 11: delete that line.

SB248-SA2,1,3 32. Page 3, line 12: delete "(3m)" and substitute "(2r)".

SB248-SA2,1,4 43. Page 3, line 13: delete " (3m)" and substitute "(2r)".

SB248-SA2,1,5 54. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:

SB248-SA2,1,7 6" Section 7m. 946.47 (3) of the statutes is renumbered 946.47 (3) (a) and
7amended to read:

SB248-SA2,1,88 946.47 (3) (a) This section does not apply to the felon,.

SB248-SA2,1,12 9(b) This section does not apply to the felon's spouse or to a parent, grandparent,
10child, grandchild, brother, or sister of the felon, whether by blood, marriage or
11adoption, unless the offense committed by the felon being aided is, or if committed
12in this state would be, a Class A felony.".
