SB268-SA2,1,2 1. Page 28, line 3: delete lines 3 to 9.

SB268-SA2,1,3 2. Page 33, line 7: after that line insert:

SB268-SA2,1,5 "(3) Prohibitions. In taking or attempting to take possession of rental property, no rental-purchase company may do any of the following:

SB268-SA2,1,6 (a) Commit a breach of the peace.

SB268-SA2,1,8 (b) Enter a dwelling used by the lessee as a residence except at the voluntary request of the lessee.".
