SB269-SA1,1,2 1. Page 9, line 4: after that line insert:

SB269-SA1,1,3 " Section 24m. 234.59 (3) (em) of the statutes is created to read:

SB269-SA1,1,7 234.59 (3) (em) The authority may not make, buy, or assume a home ownership mortgage loan for an individual who does not have a valid social security number. If the authority violates this paragraph, the authority may be fined not more than $10,000 for each violation.".
